A hallmark of President Donald Trump’s time in office has been the turnover in cabinet-level officials, with a record number of agency heads stepping down in his four years. But, it doesn’t stop there. According to an analysis, the turnover in government doesn’t end at the Cabinet level.

Daniel Lim received his MS in statistics and PhD in political science from UCLA and is a former active duty Army Officer. He currently works at a software startup in California. He is the author of our post on our site headlined “Federal Workforce Attrition Under the Trump Administration” and he joined the podcast to talk about the numbers in the leadership ranks during the last four years.
