To recharge after a long day at work, do you seek out social situations or peace and quiet? If you prefer your fortress of solitude, you’re most likely an introvert.

There’s at least a one in three chance you are an introvert. Meaning, that if you’re a manager, one out of three employees you manage is certainly an introvert. With introverts making up so much of the workforce, a video series based on Susan Cain’s book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking explores the soft-spoken power of introverts in a world quick to cast extroverts as socially desirable and better leaders.
