A Veterans Affairs facility in Palo Alto is, according to VA chief Robert Wilkie, the first 5g-enabled hospital in the United States, giving the department increased capabilities for patients and staff. The department, according to Nextgov, "hopes to help the entire health care industry visualize, access and co-develop 5G’s full potential."
