A new poll indicates that former Vice President Joe Biden is leading all other 2020 Democratic contenders by 20 points. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked about the news, saying that "today, Biden gave himself a pat, a rub and squeeze on the back."
President Donald Trump met with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to work out a huge infrastructure package costing $2 trillion. Late Night's Seth Meyers joked that Schumer and Pelosi have an agreement with Trump, "just like his contractors, the students at Trump University and his first two wives." Late Late Show's James Corden joked that the meeting was productive because "Trump left the TV on mute" and joked that Trump's is going to ask Mexico to pay for the roads and bridges.
