Play of the Day: The President Thanks Feds For Enduring the Shutdown

President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence visited the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial in D.C. on Monday. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked about the news, saying Trump looked at the MLK memorial and said "That man is ruining a perfectly good wall."

Over the weekend, Trump tweeted "To all of the great people who are working so hard for your Country and not getting paid I say, THANK YOU - YOU ARE GREAT PATRIOTS!" Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked about the tweet, noting that Trump made them work for free. He also joked that Trump's might as we;; have tweeted "Tell your landlord Mexico's going to pay your rent."
