Play of the Day: Guns and the Terror Watch List
Late-night hosts note the issues with any secret government list.
Donald Trump recently asked one of his crowds to shout out names of potential VP picks for his presidential run. Late Night's Seth Meyers joked about Trump's relationship with Chris Christie and the make up of Trump's crowds.
With gun control a major topic this week, many have supported a bill making sure no one on the terrorist no fly list can buy a gun. The Nightly Show's Larry Wilmore pointed out that both Donald Trump and Hillary "the Benghazi Kid" Clinton support this tact, but Wilmore also noted that a list of those the FBI is investigating would include Martin Luther King, John Lennon and Clinton herself. The Daily Show's Trevor Noah also mentioned that any secret list could be a problem in the wrong hands… including the tiny hands of a certain presidential candidate.
