There are many jobs in the public sector that mirror those in the private sector and vice versa, but even when controlling for the similarities, the employees have a different experience with job satisfaction. In fact, according to a new study by Forrester Research, public sector employees’ satisfaction level with their jobs is affecting the way public servants are engaging with their work.
