Michael Plunkett joins the podcast to examine the business and operational changes at USPS.

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s first few months on the job have been full of controversy. As the nation experiences the worst pandemic in a century, the Postal Services’ operational changes have come under heavy scrutiny, while the possibility of a massive vote-by-mail election hangs over USPS. Earlier this month, the Postal Service announced a major reorganization of parts of the operation, prompting more criticism from congress.

President of the Delivery Technology Advocacy Council and President & CEO of the Association for Postal Commerce Michael Plunkett joined the program to discuss the conversations around DeJoy and the reorganization plans for USPS.
