Play of the Day: Exaggerating Wealth at Trump Tower

President Donald Trump tweeted a photo of a check for $100,000 that he is donating to the Department of Homeland Security. Late Night's Seth Meyers joked about the news, saying that another way to support the government financially is to pay one's taxes.

The New York Times reported this week that Trump exaggerated his wealth in order to get loans from Deutsche Bank for over $2 billion. Jimmy Kimmel joked about the news, saying that Trump got so many loans from the bank that he started calling it "Daddy," while Late Late Show's James Corden joked that Trump exaggerates a lot of things… just look at his huge ties.
