Play of the Day: It's Thanksgiving Time at the White House

Trump is pardoning turkeys and heading off to Florida.

The White House unveiled a scale model of the building made out of LEGO this week. The model uses between 100,000 and 115,000 of the building blocks, prompting Late Night's Seth Meyers to joke that the President Donald Trump thinks it's made of "1.5 million LEGO pieces!"

Trump is heading to Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday, so The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked that said trip is the one thing White House officials are truly thankful for. Before he left, Trump participated in the annual White House Thanksgiving tradition, granting the turkey a "full pardon," prompting Fallon to joke that Trump's next move was ot make the turkey his new attorney general. Trump called the turkey "beautiful" during the ceremony, so Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked about Trump's effusive praise of his daughter, while Meyers joked about Senator Mitch McConnell's facial features.
