Communications expert Eric Yaverbaum joins the podcast to discuss how Joe Biden can try to bring people together when he takes office in January.

President-elect Joe Biden will be coming into office at a very divisive time in American history, even on things like basic facts and science. In the middle of a world-historic pandemic, Biden will have to both with the coronavirus crisis and a crisis of cultural and political bifurcation. 

Communications expert Eric Yaverbaum is CEO of Ericho Communications and the author of seven books, including PR for Dummies and Leadership Secrets of the World's Most Successful CEOs. He’s worked on election campaigns for national political candidates like Al Gore and Hillary Clinton. He joined the program to discuss the combination of leadership and communication skills Biden will need as president in January and during the remainder of the transition.
