Strengthening End User Experience in the Public Sector

A survey report of how public sector organizations identify and address end-user

Identifying, quantifying and addressing issues with users, devices, and infrastructure has become increasingly challenging with the growing sophistication of hybrid work environments. And with employees returning to the office, legacy architectures will need to adapt to new programs and needs of the end users.

In April of 2022, Government Business Council (GBC), in partnership with Swish Data and Riverbed, fielded a blind survey to see how government agencies are addressing IT management, end user experience and troubleshooting experience. Are U.S. agencies able to effectively identify and mitigate technical issues in the hybrid work landscape? How prepared are organizations for a return to the office and how will they measure success?  GBC will help answer these questions and more.

Download this GBC Survey Report to learn more about:

  • Agency culture driving changes in end-user experiences
  • What architecture concerns employers have as employees return to the office
  • The importance of measuring productivity for in and out of office workers
