Investigating Data Driven Law Enforcement

As new technologies and data streams continue to emerge, how can law enforcement offices streamline and benefit from new capabilities? What challenges are they facing in their current environments? What data sources do law enforcement organizations want access to for use in digital investigations?

Between March and April 2023, Government Business Council (GBC) polled a random sample of federal, state, county, and local government law enforcement officials to answer this question and more. In this poll, GBC surveyed 100 federal state, county, and local law enforcement officials, after screening for involvement with investigations and digital evidence.
