GovExec Daily: Pay and Benefits Provisions in the Budget Deal

The combination budget and coronavirus relief plan passed by Congress earlier this week contains provisions for funding the government through the end of fiscal 2021. If signed by President Trump, the bill would calm the shutdown threat for a year, giving federal employees relief before the end of the year.
