GovExec Daily: The Coronavirus Response from Census, Congress and the Pentagon

Courtney Bublé and Eric Katz join the podcast to examine the latest in the government response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first coronavirus case in the United States was confirmed on January 21. Since then, the federal government has been scrambling to react to the spread of the disease. As of this week, the U.S. has more than confirmed 400,000 cases, the most of any sovereign state in the world. The government response and messaging has been inconsistent, with governors feuding with the president and reports of feuding within the White House Coronavirus Task Force members behind closed doors.

Eric Katz and Courtney Bublé joined the podcast to discuss how agencies are dealing with the pandemic after about 10 weeks of it being in the U.S.
