Kate Queram joins the podcast to tell her story of finally getting tested for COVID-19.

In the weeks since the novel coronavirus pandemic hit the United States, public health officials told Americans to “stay away from people” and “get a test if you have severe symptoms.” The former has hardly been easy, but the latter has been considerably more arduous.

Route Fifty reporter Kate Queram had all the reported symptoms for more than a week. So, she tried to get tested and told her story in a post with the headline “How I Finally Got a Coronavirus Test.” She joined the podcast to tell the story of being sick and getting tested.
