Many Americans are into their third week of isolation as the novel coronavirus pandemic has forced Americans to upend their lives. As we slink into our lives and lose community, the effects on our emotional and mental health will certainly be great.


Dr. Sanam Hafeez is a neuropsychologist in practice New York and is a faculty member at Columbia University. She joined the podcast via teleconference to explain how federal employees – and anyone – can maintain mental health during the pandemic isolation.
