Previously, Lucy lived in Colombia and worked for Suyo, a local startup that helps low-income families secure their property rights. She holds a bachelor's degree in Peace, War, and Defense, with concentrations in Arabic and Electronic Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
