President Donald Trump tweeted a meme on Wednesday featuring the oft-maligned Nickelback song "Photograph" to mock Joe Biden, but copyright rules meant that the band's publisher sent a DCMA notice to Twitter, who took down the video. Late Late Show's James Corden joked about the news, saying "Nickelback vs. Donald Trump: No matter who wins, we all lose."
Trump spoke on the White House Lawn Thursday and called on Ukraine and now China to aid in investigating and discrediting the Bidens, Trump's likely 2020 rival. Many are suggesting this is election interference, prompting Late Show's Stephen Colbert to joke that Trump doing this while under the cloud of impeachment is like Jeffrey Dahmer wearing a "kiss the cook" apron to his trial, while The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon said it was like "chugging a beer while taking a breathalyzer test." Corden joked that adding China to the list of nations Trump has tried to team with on election interference is quite the argument that "in his own way, Trump really does bring the world together."
