Matthew Calamari has a funny name and looks like a video game character.
Democratic 2020 hopeful Sen. Elizabeth Warren's Golden Retriever Bailey has become a viral star and a big part of her political rallies, according to Politico. Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked about the dog, saying that he and Warren are similar, in that Bailey has "papers that say he's a Golden Retriever, but he told his vet that he's 1/156 Apachedoodle."
During a hearing last week, President Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen answered a question about Trump's inner circle and indicated that a man named Matthew Calamari would have information on financial documents of the Trump Organization. Desus and Mero joked that "Matthew Calamari" sounds like a made up name you give the cops, while Jimmy Kimmel joked that he's "rumored to be fried with a side of cocktail sauce." Colbert joked that there might be others like "Betty Spaghetti" or "Luigi Casseroli" and Desus and Mero , upon seeing a photo, joked that Calamari looks like a Grand Theft Auto character.
