Over 30 Democratic Senators have called on Sen. Al Franken to step aside after more women came forward to accuse him of sexual misconduct this week. Late Night's Seth Meyers joked about the news, saying women are also stepping aside whenever "they see Al Franken coming."
In a speech Wednesday, President Donald Trump instructed the State Department to relocate the embassy from Tel Aviv from Jerusalem and slurred some words at the end of his White House speech. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked that Trump had "hit the eggnog a little early," while Meyers joked that reports of ill-fitting dentures would put Trump in the same class as George Washington. The Daily Show's Trevor Noah joked that Trump sounded like he'd "just had a drink with Bill Cosby" or like "someone hit him with a blow dart just before he went out to make the speech." Fallon also put up a potential tweet from Trump, reading "I meshed up. Shad!"
