Play of the Day: The White House's New Communications Staffer

Anthony Scaramucci is a new character in the ever-changing story of the Trump administration.

Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, resigned his position on Friday, prompting late-night hosts to mock him on Monday. Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked that Spicer wants to spend more time "lying to his family," while Late Night's Seth Meyers joked that he'll spend more time with the White House bushes.

Within the communications office shakeup was the hiring of Anthony Scaramucci as White House communications director. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked about Scaramucci deleting old tweets, while The Daily Show's Trevor Noah joked about Scaramucci being another White House staffer with time at Goldman Sachs. Meyers also joked about Scaramucci's look, saying he looks like his name is Scaramucci, he looks like a pinky ring made person and the "human embodiment of a double-parked BMW." Noah also joked about Scaramucci's hand gestures resembling President Donald Trump's, noting that Scaramucci is a better gesture version of the president.
