Play of the Day: One Reason Trump Gave Intelligence to Two Russian Officials

Trevor Noah thinks Melania Trump is part of the reason the president gave sensitive intelligence to the officials.

Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle has said that she has been in contact with the White House to take over Press Secretary Sean Spicer's job. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked about Spicer's mental state since January, while Late Night's Seth Meyers joked that Guilfoyle's looks might make Melania Trump actually move to D.C.

Late-night hosts' main topic was the news that President Donald Trump gave sensitive intelligence from an ally. Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked that Trump's blunt braggadocio would make him a bad murder mystery writer, because he'd reveal the killer in chapter one. Jimmy Kimmel and Meyers joked about Trump's capabilities for his current job, with Kimmel noting Trump's previous job was to "choose between Latoya Jackson and Meatloaf" on The Apprentice. On The Daily Show, host Trevor Noah came up with a theory: Trump wanted to impress the Russian officials because their accents remind him of his wife's.
