Play of the Day: Health Care and Paper Stacks

Sean Spicer explains the AHCA's benefits against the ACA's benefits.

First Lady Melania Trump's favorability rating is up 16 points since President Donald Trump was inaugurated in January. Conan O'Brien joked that her "feel sorry for her" ratings are even higher… upwards of 90%.

Republicans unveiled their Obamacare replacement plan this week to some controversy. Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked about the plan's indoor tanning tax repeal, saying Trump could "go the full Tandoori," while Jimmy Kimmel, Desus & Mero and The Daily Show's Trevor Noah mocked the comments Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, made about iPhones and health care. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer compared the paper stacks that make up the Republican health care plan to the Obamacare, prompting mockery from late-night hosts. Kimmel joked "Small hands: bad. Small crowds: bad. Small stack of papers: Good." while Noah joked that Spicer is trying to beat Saturday Night Live's Melissa McCarthy to the parody punch saying Spicer would say, "If anyone's going to make fun of the Spice Man, it's going to be me!"
