Play of the Day: What We've Learned From Trump's First Two Weeks

The American citizenry is finding out a lot about its government.

The inner workings of the White House under president Donald Trump are getting more scrutiny since inauguration, including the president's television habits. Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked about trump's predilection toward tweeting about things he sees on TV by joking that he'll soon be parrotting Geico's famed slogan about 15%.

Trump's first two weeks in office have caused a lot of controversy among the electorate, including the executive orders the president has signed. Saturday Night Live's Michael Che joked about the upheaval, saying Trump is "renovating the country like it's a crack house on Flip or Flop." SNL's Colin Jost joked that the first two weeks of the Trump administration have educated Americans on how the government works, calling the Trump White House "a gritty reboot of Schoolhouse Rock, where a bill becomes a law… on its own terms."
