Play of the Day: Donald Trump is Now Feuding With John Lewis

The civil rights leader said he does not see the president-elect as legitimate and Trump responded with some inaccurate insults.

Donald Trump is set to be inaugurated in a few days and dozens of Democrats in Congress are boycotting the event. Conan O'Brien joked that he was surprised that there even were dozens of Democrats after the losses they've taken in the last few elections.

After Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., started a feud with Trump over the weekend by saying the president-elect is not a legitimate president because of Russian interference with the 2016 election, Trump tweeted insults about the last living Big Six civil rights leader. In addition to implying Lewis' safe, affluent district is "falling apart" and "crime infested," Trump called Lewis "all talk, talk, talk—no action." The Daily Show's Trevor Noah compared the statement to saying Trump is "all tax returns, no tweets," while Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked that "all talk" is very different than "all Twitter," as Trump may be.
