Play of the Day: Sarah Palin Endorses Trump, Also Invents a Word

Jimmy Kimmel has figured out what a "squirmish" is.

In an attempt to court evangelical voters, Donald Trump spoke at Liberty University Monday and spoke highly of Christian dogma. Unfortunately, Trump's words fell hollow to many late-night hosts. The Nightly Show's Larry Wilmore joked that Trump and a bible don't exactly mix, while The Daily Show's Trevor Noah joked about Trump's lack of familiarity of with the holy scripture.

Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin endorsed Trump Tuesday afternoon in Iowa and late-night hosts joked about the Play of the Day favorite. Conan O'Brien noted John McCain's 2008 run, while Late Night's Seth Meyers mocked Palin's kids' names. Jimmy Kimmel played part of Palin's endorsement speech and tried to make sense of Palin's word salad and even figured out the definition of the word "squirmish."
