Former Florida governor Jeb Bush continues to falter in the 2016 polls, but the news this week found out that the candidate keeps tiny toy tortoises in his pocket to hand out to supporters, with Bush comparing the "slow and steady wins the race" mantra to his campaign (he's been calling himself a "joyful tortoise" since July). Late Show's Stephen Colbert noted this development this weekend, joking about the other contents of Bush's pockets, as well.
