Things are getting more acrimonious on Capitol Hill. This week, while considering a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act, Rep. Alcee Hastings,D-Fla., and Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, got into it a little, with Hastings calling Burgesss' home state a "crazy state." The Daily Show pointed out that a representative coming from the craziest state in the union calling anyplace crazy is itself crazy.
Late-night hosts continue to weigh in on the measles outbreak that started in Disneyland. The Late Show prepared a fake CDC warning about theme park-related diseases, while The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon highlighted Hillary Clinton's Monday tweet about vaccines. He also uncovered some more tweets that might surprise fans of the former chief of the State Department.
