The Daily Show's Jon Stewart looked at Vice President Joe Biden's creepy massage he gave Defense Secretary Ash Carter's wife Stephanie last week. Biden's hands were on her shoulders for 28 seconds, which Stewart said was like "three decades in 'groped on camera' years."
