The summer recess is here.

As the summer recess approached, Congress had to get its act together and pass legislation on important issues. So, what important issue was the first to get tackled? Nothing is as important as suing the president, it seems.

Plus: President Obama seems open to the idea of replacing some of the men on American currency with women. But Stephen Colbert is worried about the economic impact of such a move. After all, we don't want our dollars to only be worth 77 cents.
