GovExec Daily: Biden's Post-Ascertainment Transition

Last week, GSA chief Emily Murphy ascertained Joe Biden’s win, making the presidential transition official and giving the Biden team access to agencies through agency channels. While Biden’s transition is full of government veterans, the two-week delay has been  concern among many as the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread in the U.S.
