Video: Government Executive Town Hall

Maryland School of Public Policy professor Phil Joyce spoke with Government Executive's Editor in Chief Tom Shoop about the budgeting process at the March 27 Government Executive Town Hall at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC.

Joyce took questions from attendees, as well as addressed Shoop on the topics of long-term performance goals, workforce development, the budget process and making cuts while retaining mission-critical resource.
