The keynote speaker at the eighth annual Tribute to the Coast Guard Tuesday night in Washington was Gen. Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. But he did more than just speak. He sang -- specifically, a personal tribute to the Coast Guard set to the tune of the Frank Sinatra classic Chicago.

"My kind of team, the Coast Guard is, my kind of team," Dempsey crooned, in what has to be characterized as a pretty darn good singing voice.
