Government's Biggest 'Oops' Moments of the Year

The Washington Post's Ed O'Keefe has compiled a list, and it's distressingly long.

Among the items:The tale of the $16 muffin that wasn't actually $16, the crash of the USAJobs website after its relaunch, and the story of the TSA screener who thought it would be a good idea to leave a note for a passenger after finding a sex toy in her luggage.

And all of this came before the news broke today that FAA chief Randy Babbitt had been charged with drunk driving.

Got additional ideas for the list? O'Keefe is encouraging readers to share them on Twitter, with the hashtag #govoops.
