That's Not Amore

If you've been reading GovExec today, you know that last night the House passed landmark legislation to overhaul postal operations. The bill sailed through, but without, sadly, one proposed amendment, submitted by Rep. Ted Strickland, D-Ohio, and summarized by the House Rules Committee this way: "Expresses the sense of Congress that a commemorative stamp should be issued by the Postal Service honoring Dean Martin, and that the Citizen’s Stamp Advisory Committee should recommend to the Postmaster General that such a stamp be issued."
