Clinton won't let Secret Service unionize
President Clinton has decided not to support efforts by the Secret Service's uniformed division to unionize. Members of the Fraternal Order of Police, who said Clinton had reneged on an earlier promise to help Secret Service officers join a union, announced they would hold a protest at the White House on Wednesday.
