HUD CHIEF SEES HARD WINTER FOR HOMELESS-"Housing Secretary Andrew M. Cuomo urged providers of services for the homeless yesterday to gear up for a particularly bad winter that could be a death sentence for hundreds of the people they serve" (The Washington Post).
RENO DECLINES TO HAND OVER FREEH MEMO-"Attorney General Janet Reno yesterday declined to comply with a congressional subpoena for a confidential memorandum in which FBI Director Louis J. Government Technology Leadership Institute
