Bomb Victims' Families to Sue

Families of several Oklahoma City bombing victims said yesterday that they plan to file a multimillion-dollar civil suit against the U.S. government for failing to warn of a possible terrorist attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.

The families said the government knew or should have known that the federal building might be the target of violent acts on April 19 -- a significant date among right-wing militia.
