Nuke Weapons Plans Under Fire

The Clinton Administration is not providing enough money for the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico to outfit a new bomb-manufacturing plant and train skilled technicians to meet a deadline of resuming production of nuclear bombs by 2003, said Paul T. Cunningham, the lab's stockpile management director, on Tuesday.
