The National Performance Review has set up a new online management guide on its Wold Wide Web site called "Reaching Public Goals: Managing Government For Results."

The guide is an on-ramp to step-by-step instructions, lessons learned, and helpful tips from other public managers. It also contains a huge directory of Internet-based information sources.
