GovExec Daily: Change Management at HHS

This year's Theodore Roosevelt Government Leadership Awards honored a dozen exemplary  federal employees for the work they do behind the scenes by innovating, leading and managing programs. Dr. Priscilla Clark, now the Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer at HUD, was a recipient of the Director award for the time she spent leading ReImagine HHS, a transformation effort at the Health and Human Services Department.
