Assessing fraud preparedness and probability

Hundreds of billions of dollars in government stimulus payments resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic have become a prime target for fraudulent activity. To gauge agency preparedness for fraud and expectations around future fraudulent stimulus activity, Government Business Council (GBC) polled a random sample of 244 government employees in February 2021.
