Outdated network architecture and legacy systems within Federal agencies can limit their ability to collaborate, secure information, reduce costs, and remotely access data. To assess agency preparedness and priorities for a digital transformation, Government Business Council (GBC) polled a random sample of 107 government employees between June and July 2021.
