A Poll of State and Local Government Officials on Correctional Innovation
Correctional facilities across the United States are increasingly turning to virtual technology to ensure delivery of essential services, a transition made more critical by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this transformation of service provision faces challenges to implementation. To explore current correctional capabilities, Government Business Council (GBC) polled a random sample of 106 state and local government respondents in August 2020.
