Government employees have adapted to drastic changes in response to COVID-19. This report captures lessons learned from this remote work phase to understand how the public sector may change and to identify practices to support agencies going forward. Government Business Council (GBC) launched a survey which includes 441 participating federal and state and local government respondents.
