No FEAR Institute

The No FEAR Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan oversight organization committed to the education and defense of victims of employer discrimination through the 2002 No FEAR Act. The law advances good governance through congressional oversight, agency accountability, financial penalties and disciplinary consequences for illegal behavior in the federal government.

The institute is committed to ensuring that the No FEAR Act is enforced through education, work with Congress, and partnership with discrimination victims and victims groups.

Danny Glover, activist and Hollywood actor and director, is honorary chair of the No FEAR Institute. Advisory committee members include Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, and former Maryland Republican Rep. Connie Morella.
