Video: Navy installing its largest solar film

The U.S. Navy is installing its largest solar film yet to the roof of a commissary at the U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka, an American naval base in Japan.
The Pentagon unveiled its Operational Energy Strategy last June in an effort to increase its wartime energy consumption.
The project in Japan aims to harness energy and save an estimated $300,000.
