EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt recently told a group of miners that "the war on coal is over" in regards to repealing an Obama-era power plant rule. The Opposition's Jordan Klepper joked about the news on Tuesday, saying America needs more masculine jobs like coal miners, whalers and Confederate soldiers (though they are making a comeback).

During a press conference this week, President Donald Trump was asked about not saying anything about the four American Special Forces soldiers killed in Niger on Oct. 4. The Daily Show's Trevor Noah joked that Trump should've answered that he was worried about pronouncing "Niger" and his "Nambia" gaffe in September and Noah then translated Trump's confusing explanation that involved Barack Obama, other presidents, calling, not calling, writing and not writing.
