Play of the Day: Donald Trump Loves 'Finding Dory'

The president watched a movie about a family being separated over the weekend.

Over the weekend, president Donald Trump said that Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., of shedding "fake tears" after Schumer cried while talking about Trump's executive order on immigration. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked about the statement Monday night, saying Trump's wife Melania replied "Trust me: He doesn't know when someone is faking."

While airport protests rang out throughout the nation over the weekend over the executive order, Trump held a screening of the Pixar film Finding Dory at the White House. The Daily Show's Trevor Noah joked that Trump found the film's plot of separating a child from its parents to be hilarious, while Conan O'Brien joked that Trump was "amazed by Dory's long attention span." Fallon also noted that the previous film in the series, Finding Nemo, would be better for trump. After all, the president can better identify with Finding Nemo's main character: An orange and white cartoon.
